– The point ofΒ the third eye, orΒ Yintang, isΒ situated between the eyebrows inΒ the place where the bridge ofΒ the nose passes into the forehead. This point isΒ also responsible for eye fatigue removal.
– These symmetrical points are located atΒ the base ofΒ the inner edge ofΒ the eyebrows. MassagingΒ this area also relieves aΒ runny nose and improves visual acuity. Massage for 1Β minute byΒ pressing orΒ circular movements, and youβll feel relief.
– These points are located onΒ both sides ofΒ the nostrils inΒ line with the eyes. ToΒ find them, feel aΒ dimple inΒ the bottom ofΒ the cheekbones. ItΒ helps toΒ open sinuses, reduce a headache and toothache, and relieve stress.
– The fourth points, Tian Zhu points, are located behind the head inΒ the middle, between the ear and the beginning ofΒ the spine. Massaging these points helps youΒ relieve nasal congestion, pain inΒ the eyes and ears, severe headaches, and migraines.
– The Shuai guΒ points are situated 2-3Β cm from the beginning ofΒ the hairline inΒ the temple area. Feel aΒ small dimple toΒ find this point. Pressure applied toΒ this area relieves pain inΒ the temporal region and eye fatigue.
– The last ones are He Gu points. These symmetrical points are located onΒ the back ofΒ the hand between the thumb and forefinger. Pressure applied toΒ this area also relieves back pain, toothache, and tension inΒ the neck muscles.
