So many people in the industrialized nations are deficient in Vitamin D, it is truly an epidemic. When you consider that it is not just a vitamin, but also a pro-hormone, you can begin to understand the importance of this deficiency.
Vitamin D deficiency can lead to weakened bones, yes, but it can also lead to weakened immune systems as well. The risk of cancer, and many other illnesses, increases with a dropping vitamin D level.
The best way to get Vitamin D is from the Sun and from your diet. If you live too far north for the Sun, and can’t get enough in your diet, then you should supplement. Having a healthy Vitamin D level is very important to your good health and longevity.

We have all experienced pain but despite it being one of the most common symptoms people seek medical help for, it is also one of the most misunderstood! Especially pain that comes after surgery.
This type of pain tends to last longer than usual, making recovery an unpleasant experience. So how does one manage pain after surgery? What are the different types of pain that one may experience post-surgery? Is the pain threshold different for each person?
“Doctors Go Live” covered all this and more with Dr. Rushin Maria Dass, Consultant Anesthesiologist & Pain Physician from Columbia Asia Hospital – Bukit Rimau.

Can’t believe I waited this long just to be let down. My first time trying greenhouse too. On to the next company. What company should I review next? Update: it might not seem like much but it definitely has some power(creeper) so I’m changing my rating from a 6.5 to an 8. I think I was a little harsh because of how long it took to get here. today we breakdown our thoughts on Canna Cure Farms Oreoz.
Canna Cure Farms is based in Lake Luzerne NY and they kffer premium sun grown cannabis.
I picked up this 3.5 jar from Upstate Canna Co. in Schenectady NY.
what drew me to Canna Cure Farms was the attention to details in the packaging. very sleek, modern and clean. the Gold Foil lettering set to a clean black background really stood out to me amongst the endless scrolling of brands on the dispensaries menu.
each time my eyes wandered back to the little black box I got more and more curious so I decided to try the Oreoz first.
Strain Review:
Smell: not what I was hoping for. Falls flat on the nose upon opening the jar.
taste: gassy, earthy and pungent. terps translated to taste very well. each pull if the joint left a residual film of terpenes on your lips that you continue to taste after exhaling (wild pause)
effects: definitely a fast onset, immediately feeling it behind the eyes. relaxation sets in fast and after prolonged used the heavy indica (in da couch) feeling takes over. half a joint in inwas feeling nice and ready to put it out. left me still able to function and move around but if I were to settle down on the couch or bed, I probably wouldn’t get back up 😁
I would definitely recommend picking this up if available near you. don’t let the lack of nose fool you, it packs a nice little punch.

Dry eyes are a very common complaint when tear production is not able to provide adequate eye lubrication. Tears can be inadequate or unstable for many reasons leading to dry eyes, but in order to understand how this may occur as well as what treatments may be helpful, normal tear creation must first be understood. Tears are actually quite complex composed of 3 different layers secreted by different glands and tissues. There is the oily outermost lipid layer. The water-like middle aqueous layer. And finally the innermost mucin layer. The video will go over all 3 layers of the tear film and how they help prevent dry eyes. Given the information provided, treatment strategies are also provided.
Eye drops which are rarely (if ever) recommended to treat dry eyes (may actually make dry eyes worse!):
Clear Eyes, Visine, Naphcon-A
